DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Local pickup is available from our Headquarters, located just outside of Edmonton near the Edmonton Corn Maze. Pickup is always free of charge. Choose the local pickup option at checkout, and when your order is ready you'll receive an email from us with pickup details.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
Yes you sure can! We can combine any orders placed by the same person and shipping to the same address. To combine orders, please use code COMBINE. If you are ordering or combining in-stock along with a preordered item, please note that your entire order will be held until it is completely ready to ship. If you need items shipped separately, please check out separately and do not combine.
WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOM FABRIC TURNAROUND TIME?
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, our custom printed fabric timeline has been extended. We are working with an expected lead time of 8-16 weeks before custom printed fabric reaches us. At that time, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing before your fabric is on its way to you. Your fabric collection number will be clearly indicated in the name of the listing you purchase (for example, if your email receipt says "Bees: Collection 3", you'll be following Collection 3 at the top of this page for status updates.

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY FABRIC?
For best results, we always recommend pre-washing your fabric on the gentle cycle and tumble drying on low.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have questions or concerns about a specific order, or if there are problems with an order, please get in touch!
WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within three business days of receiving it. Fabric must be unwashed and uncut. Please retain your original packaging until a claim has been processed in full. Wild Ivy Supply Co. is not liable for any flaws discovered after 7 days or after washing your fabric. All this said, we are human - please do contact us in the event of any issues and we will do our best to sort it out!
FLAWS AND PRINT VARIATIONS
Orders are processed in our smoke-free and pet-free studio. All of our fabrics are digitally printed on a white base, so they will naturally lighten slightly when stretched. Please note that while our amazing printers always do their best to ensure accurate printing, colours may vary slightly from screen to screen, screen to fabric, and base to base. Flaws the size of a dime or smaller within 2.5 inches of the selvedge will not be considered a flaw.
Within Canada, we offer a flat rate of $16.00 tracked shipping. You may upgrade to courier shipping which is priced at $23.00. A few items like faux leather sheets and up to four pages of printed patterns can be shipped untracked/uninsured for $4.00-8.00.
USA Shipping is also available starting at $10.00 for up to four faux leather sheets or printed patterns, or half a yard of fabric. This option is untracked and uninsured. For tracked shipping, rates are as follows. We will refund any overages of $2.00 or more. Please note that additional duties and taxes may apply when importing goods from another country, and Wild Ivy Supply Co. can not be held liable for these charges.

I AM SHOPPING IN USD - WHY IS MY CART TOTAL CHANGING WHEN I CHECK OUT?
We use a currency converter app to make it easy for you to see the approximate cost of your goods in your preferred currency. However, when you check out, you are charged in Canadian dollars - you won't see the currency conversion on your bill but you will see it on your paypal or bank statement.
